Well, Kenneth has finally finished all his applications for teaching jobs, and now it's up to the postman to complete the job. So far, we are looking at California, Massachusetts/Boston area, Hawaii and Switzerland. we were thinking about the time difference from Hawaii to Switz and thought, can you get any farther apart? So, it's a big net we are throwing out there, but why not? Our kids are still young, we are in the beginning of what will most likely be a diverse and changing career for Kenneth, and we are starving for change. Kenneth will most likely send some more out, maybe more in the international community. Do any of you know any other fun international schools, english speaking? Kenneth is beginning to get interested in maybe going that route. Well, we will see! If anything, the thought itself is an adventure for me. Just thinking about it makes me feel like I took a little over-seas vacation. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Sigh. ok, vacation over. time to fold the laundry. ta ta!

Oh, I didn't realise you guys were looking into going international. That's so exciting!! So, international schools...there are SO many amazing places that that could take you. I went to the American Community School Cobham (in England) for high school and loved it. It was an international school with an American curriculum...about 400 students in the highschool but it was pre-K-13th grade. (Belgium is beautiful, my family LOVED living in Holland, I LOVE Austria and Spain--all of which have American Community schools and all of which are countries that are quite easy to get around even if you don't speak english.) Anyway, some ideas! Good luck. I'm SO excited for you.
p.s. If you work for an International school, they usually give your children free tuition. That helps the living overseas thing!
If you guys move overseas can we come and visit you? That would be so much fun!
